    • BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED. IF BUYER DOES NOT WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE LOT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER. FAILURE TO REMOVE YOUR ENTIRE LOT MAY RESULT IN CLEANUP COSTS THAT WILL BE BILLED BACK TO THE BUYER VIA THEIR CREDIT CARD ON FILE
